While complex, great values may be achieved for the expenditure of comparatively little capital.

The Plan

Following the assessment, a development plan and strategy for its implementation can be prepared, including some or all of the following:

  • Highest & Best Use Determination

  • Land Use Concept

  • Infrastructure Design

  • Site Development Plan

  • Economic Analysis

  • Platting

  • Permitting

  • Financing

  • Marketing Plan & Strategy
